Yes, this was a challenging year in many ways. So we are here to do a kind of retrospective of the Platform Raises in 2020. Early in the year, we saw the emergence of a pandemic that affected all businesses and people in some way.

What were the innovations that the Eleva Platform brought in 2020?
As we said, the pandemic brought many challenges, and everyone needed to adapt in some way to the reality of social detachment. One of the platform’s highlights, according to Débora, was promoting the effective digital relationship.
“We proved that it is possible to accompany our customers on a daily basis through a highly trained team. We look for daily techniques and skills so that they don’t feel unattended. For example, making regular video calls to keep track, in addition to longer calls, ”says the manager. She also states that understanding adverse situations was essential and, despite missing the handshake or the hugs, contact was maintained with quality in relationships.
Two other differentials that Débora highlights are the digital solutions of the student’s agenda and assessment. The activities followed their normal flow so as not to hinder students’ learning, making it possible to do the simulations online and also perform other tasks such as sending essays.
With the lack of face-to-face contact, the idea of diagnosing the students’ learning level in this new model was put into practice. They are in charge of answering research on remote education, with sincerity and without any connection with their grades. Thus, the school manages to have a feedback on how well it is doing and uses the results of this self-assessment to rethink its decisions.
All of this was done with Eleva’s support and the platform’s facilities. The result was to realize how educational institutions were able to organize themselves more easily in the pandemic to continue offering their services and keep the academic community active.
How do these innovations help in the daily lives of schools that are already partners?
The difficulties that resulted from the pandemic showed the importance of technology and those who already bet on this type of solution certainly stayed ahead.

For Débora, the main features can be considered within three groups:

The first involves all the possibilities that the digital platform makes available to users, such as access to video classes, complementary materials for students and teachers, communication channels, etc. There are more than 5,000 classes published on various subjects, with special emphasis on the entrance exams or Enem candidates.
Regarding teaching materials, the focus is on quality and updating. There are printed and also digital handouts, including resources such as QR Code to encourage student interaction.
All content is reviewed and updated annually so that the results are even better. To give you an idea, COVID-19 has already been integrated into some content.
In addition to all this more objective and functional side for students, we cannot ignore the concern with the service that is destined for the partner schools of Plataforma Eleva. In the pandemic scenario, the prospects for 2021 are better and vaccination can bring positive changes to society as a whole, including with regard to school activities.

The customer relationship part is certainly a priority for the company, being a service that we want to improve every day. After experiencing such turbulent times, one conclusion we can draw is that being close and following the evolution of partners is paramount.
Not by chance, so many companies are considering the work model home office in the post-pandemic and distance learning has been so sought after recently.
